Mixed and summer hockey
Even during the summer we play hockey on a regular basis with our two Mixed teams and two Ladies summer teams.
Fixtures are organised almost every week, with the Ladies playing summer league hockey midweek and the Mixed teams playing both home and away fixtures on weekends, and occasionally midweek.
The level is sociable, attendance can be regular or occasional, and for new members the summer represents a great time to get to know the club, our members from all a variety teams and generally to get back into (or continue playing) hockey.
Most popular are our club days, mixed 7-a-side round-robins, followed by a BBQ and a spot of cricket back at the clubhouse. One of those per month does the trick!
If you're interested to play some hockey over the summer, even if you're only around for a few weeks or months, don't hesitate to get in touch.
