Club Welfare

The Club takes the welfare of its members seriously and any concerns or issues that either members have should be addressed in the first instance to the Club Welfare Officers (welfare@whhc.co.uk).

For the Seniors, these will be dealt with by Sarah Tiller, and for Juniors, Laura Corrick. Members (or parents) should be aware that they can contact either Sarah or Laura if they have any concerns that they don’t feel they can raise with Captains, Coaches or other players in their team.

Disciplinary issues will be referred to the Club Disciplinary Officer but for any other issues Sarah or Laura should be able to advise on the best course of action, mediate between parties or escalate any grievances for consideration by the Committee as a whole, anonymously if necessary.

They can also provide a sympathetic ear or shoulder to cry on in over a beer or a coffee (time permitting of course). The best thing to do is email to email welfare@whhc.co.uk, and one of them will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Laura is on hand to provide the same service to parents, junior members and any senior members who may have a concern relating to a junior player.

Members can also download a copy of the Clubs Displinary Procedures from here.
