The Club
West Hampstead Hockey Club has been attracting serious and social players from all over London for almost 20 years. The club currently boasts 8 mens and 6 ladies teams, as well as a thriving youth section – providing children with coaching often not available at the local schools.
The top mens and ladies teams play in the Southern Premier division with National League aspirations, whilst the lower teams provide a great mix of competitive spirit and social opportunities.
During the summer, the club offers more social hockey in the form of weekend tournaments in England and beyond, mixed friendlies and summer league competition.
Although the club is based at the Cumberland, home matches are played at Whitfield School near Brent Cross on Saturdays. All teams also benefit from dedicated coaches, with training sessions taking place on week days, also at Whitfield School.
